Our residents at Golden Care Home eagerly helped out our kitchen team, to meal prep the traditional Maltese bread pudding better known as ‘il-pudina tal-hobz’.

The baking aroma threw our residents back in time.  Residents shared recipes and reminisced whilst waiting to taste the delicious bread pudding which was later served and enjoyed together with a nice cup of tea
