Our residents at Golden Care had a great time making Christmas decorations for the care home last week and proudly put them on display. Residents enjoyed making miniature paper angels, Christmas lanterns and Christmas tree baubles using multicoloured cardboard paper, glitter, glue and coloured pens.

At Golden Care we make sure that residents help out to decorate the Christmas Tree and to put up our crib and baby Jesus.  Golden Care Home likes to preserve this tradition for its residents because it makes the home feel Christmassy for all and can help spark happy memories from as far back as childhood.

This year staff and residents are looking forward to a busy, fun-filled Christmas with lots of Christmas entertainment as well as special events and outings. At Golden Care Home we believe that the creation of a festive spirit within the home, helps to ward off any feelings of loneliness that residents might experience.
