Our strategically located Care Home in Naxxar, is looking for an experienced Accounts & HR Clerk.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all day to day accounting operations reporting to the Accounts Executive.
The role revolves around good communications and a high degree of organisational and accounting skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Posting of suppliers’ invoices
- Processing of suppliers’ payments
- Monthly reconciliation of suppliers’ statements
- Raising and posting of debtors’ invoices
- Posting of bank receipts/deposits and issues of remittances
- Putting employees on punch clock for payroll purposes
- Computation of monthly payroll including posting and departmental analysis thereof
- HR and Personnel duties including administrative tasks related to renewal of NON-EU permits
- Responsible for administration and accounting of Petty Cash System
- Other General Admin, Financial or HR duties deemed necessary
