Accounts & HR Clerk

Our strategically located Care Home in Naxxar, is looking for an experienced Accounts & HR Clerk.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all day to day accounting operations reporting to the Accounts Executive.

The role revolves around good communications and a high degree of organisational and accounting skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Posting of suppliers’ invoices
  • Processing of suppliers’ payments
  • Monthly reconciliation of suppliers’ statements
  • Raising and posting of debtors’ invoices
  • Posting of bank receipts/deposits and issues of remittances
  • Putting employees on punch clock for payroll purposes
  • Computation of monthly payroll including posting and departmental analysis thereof
  • HR and Personnel duties including administrative tasks related to renewal of NON-EU permits
  • Responsible for administration and accounting of Petty Cash System
  • Other General Admin, Financial or HR duties deemed necessary
