Preparing Maltese Bread with our in House Chef

Our residents at Golden Care had a whale of a time spreading Maltese bread with ‘kunserva’ and sprinkling capers over the top whilst adding tuna.  The preparation of Hobz biz-zejt was an event which was very well received by all our residents.

It was great seeing residents seasoning the hobz biz zejt they prepared,  with salt and pepper, whilst drizzling it with Maltese olive oil and then simply enjoying the moment whilst eating it!
